Joseph joined Bull City Venture Partners in January 2026. He has experience sourcing and evaluating early-stage venture deals, creating a newsletter highlighting Pre-Seed to Series A start-ups, and building deal flow software in collaboration with Lerer Hippeau.

Before BCVP, Joseph worked with PlayMetrics, a B2B vertical SaaS start-up, where he gained hands-on experience in valuations, financial modeling, and growth strategy. He also studied abroad in London, interning with executive search start-up, Founders Keepers, where he focused on sourcing C-suite talent.

Joseph holds a BA in Human and Organizational Leadership Development from UNC, with minors in Entrepreneurship and Conflict Management. He later dropped out of the Master of Science in Management at UNC to join the BCVP team.

Outside of venture, Joseph enjoys tennis, running, erging, and exploring new 50s music and founder podcasts.
